1. General ( Introduction )

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of the Boss Babe Jewels website. By accessing or using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full and without reservation. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or any part thereof, you must refrain from using this website.

1.2 You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use this website. By accessing and using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are not of the required age, please discontinue your use of the site immediately.

2. Products and Services

2.1 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2.2 Colors and images of products may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and photography.

2.3 We ensure that all our jewelry is handcrafted with quality materials and energised before shipping for your benefit.

3. Payment and Shipping

3.1 Shipping is free on prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is  available with the minimum shipping charges.

3.2 Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be specified at checkout.

3.3 Free shipping is available across India (condition applied above ). International shipping may incur additional charges.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

4.2 Refunds will be processed only for damaged items and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.  After 24 hours, the product will not accepted back by Bossbabejewels.in .

4.3  No refunds will be issued on the return of damaged products. By ordering products on bossbabejewels.in , the customer takes full responsibility of any damage caused to the product, post its delivery. In case such an order was made via the ‘cash on delivery’ mode of payment, the customer will be charged the cost of the product, as displayed on bossbabejewels.in and the shipping/ customs/ courier charges or all three as applicable, if the product is returned.

4.4 The products and services offered by bossbabejewels.in are not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. It is offered here as a service. 

4.5 While bossbabejewels.in tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this bias.

4.6 All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by bossbabejewels.in in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.

4.7 Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order.

4.8  If you are refunding the gemstone bracelet after opening its seal packing, then we are rightful to deduct an amount of 345 to 1245 INR. To avoid such deduction, you have to send us the item with an authenticity certificate from a nearby government approved laboratory.

4.9 If you cancel the prepaid order after it has been dispatched, the amount of Rs. 245 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4.10 If the broken or damaged product is received, the customer is liable to dispatch it back himself/herself.

5. Use of Website

5.1 You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and not engage in any activity that disrupts its functionality.

5.2 Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be considered a criminal offense.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Boss Babe Jewels and is protected by copyright laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Boss Babe Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Courier policy

  • If you want to return the parcel, courier charges (Rs 225) will be deducted.
  • If you have ordered a charged bracelet, charges of the courier and charging of the bracelet will be deducted.
  • The minimum delivery time is 4 days to 7 days  if it’s local order or we’ll refund you in case the area is not deliverable.
  • You can get the bracelet tested in a lab near you. However, if you want us to send a certificate of the bracelet, it will cost Rs. 100/- extra.
  • Shipping is free on orders above 500 Rs. If your return value is below 501/- courier charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

10. Breaches of These Terms And Conditions

Without prejudice to Boss Babe Jewels' other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms in any way, Boss Babe Jewels may take any action it deems appropriate to address the breach. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Suspending your access to the website.
  • Prohibiting you from accessing the website in the future.
  • Blocking devices using your IP address from accessing the website.
  • Contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website.
  • Initiating legal proceedings against you.
